TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SCRAP AUCTION PLATFORM
Aditya Salvage and Scrap

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS (MANDATORY CLICK AGREEMENT)

By clicking on the “I Agree” checkbox and proceeding to register, bid, or participate in any auction on this platform, the Vendor/User (“Vendor”, “Bidder”, “User”) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions in full. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding and enforceable agreement.

2. NATURE OF PLATFORM

Aditya Salvage and Scrap (“Company”) operates an online auction platform for disposal of scrap, salvage, and related materials. The Company acts as seller and/or facilitator, reserves absolute control over auctions, and may modify, suspend, or withdraw listings without notice.

3. AUCTION BASIS (STRICT DISCLAIMER)

All materials are sold strictly on “AS IS WHERE IS”, “AS IS WHAT IS”, and “NO COMPLAINT BASIS”. The Company makes no guarantees regarding Quality, Quantity, Condition, or Fitness for purpose. No claims or disputes shall be entertained post-bidding or post-sale.

4. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD) — STRICT CLAUSE

Participation requires mandatory EMD payment. EMD is a security deposit to ensure commitment. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITION (CRITICAL): If the Vendor backs out after winning the bid, fails to make payment, refuses to lift material, or violates any terms, the entire EMD shall be forfeited WITHOUT ANY REFUND, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND WITHOUT ANY CLAIM. The Vendor expressly waives all rights to dispute such forfeiture.

5. TERMINATION & BLACKLISTING

The Company may suspend or permanently block any Vendor without notice for Breach of terms, Non-payment, or Fraudulent behavior.

6. DIGITAL CONSENT

By clicking “I Agree”, the Vendor confirms full acceptance of all clauses, waives any future dispute regarding terms, and accepts that this constitutes a legally enforceable digital contract.
